  We went to this location for showers since our pipes froze. I was so disappointed in the staff. A staff personnel (female) accused my eleven year old son of stealing. Illegally searched him without my permission and outside of my presence. She couldn't show him stealing but because he picked up an energy bar and she didn't see when he put it down made him an automatic thief in her mind. As I stated she didn't see him steal it and when she took it upon herself to search him he had nothing but his money and belongings on him. She even asked for him to show her his underwear. To keep confusion down my daughter in law paid for the merchandise instead of coming to get me to handle the situation. I guess because he's black she felt as though he was thief. Then management tried to make it up by offering us more free showering for the following day. If you're black think twice before touching anything or bringing your child in this store. I'm a retired law enforcement officer and administrator my children have never had to steal or want for any damn thing. Apology NOT ACCEPTED!!!!!

  They don't like black people they accused my little brother of stealing and embarrassed him in front of the whole store and they didn't even try to make it up to us so im telling u if ya black stay away from this store oh and by the way he was clean and em look stupid af lol ctfu
