  It took over six months to finish my room!!! And it's still not done!!!!! They also ordered the wrong drape for my glass door and would not make it right due of some "liability." I've asked to speak to a manager on multiple occasions and never got to speak with one. I don't blame the salesman nor the guys that installed the equipment, but the upper management and customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Here is just a few things that went wrong, I could go on and on. I would highly recommend using someone else from another city. From Midland, Texas
