They are expecting me to wait at least another week (if not two MORE weeks) for my order to be delivered. The only emotion Oak Express is "expressing" from me is disgust. I should not be expected to wait THREE WEEKS past my original order delivery date. Customer service told me, "My hands are tied ma'am. There is nothing I can do." That doesn't sound like service to me at all.
